 very good investment

This is about 100 times better than the 3 cell or 6 cell battery. Right now I am at 95% charging so I can’t tell you about the times but when i unplugged it at 94% it was at about 8 hours remaining. This is one of the best investments you can make for your netbook. It does make your netbook slightly slant upward though, so if you don’t want that (I like it personally) then don’t get this. Otherwise, it’s a great investment and by the way no other nine cell battery isn’t going to make it slant upward. Also BrilliantStore always ships right away and you get it sooner than expected delivery date.

 Died in 6 months, no response from seller

I bought this battery in March 2009, and it’s completely dead as of late October 2009. The laptop (an MSI Wind 100) won’t charge the battery at all (battery indicator blinks orange), and the laptop will immediately shut down if you pull the power cord when this battery is attached.
I tried contacting the seller through Amazon’s standard channels, but have yet to receive a response (over two weeks after the complaint). The only thing left to do is call their phone number. The chances of their honoring the mentioned 1-year warranty seem rather bleak. I’d recommend avoiding both this product and the seller.

glad I bought this

When the battery on my netbook would only hold a charge for an hour I figured the replacement battery would cost more than the original computer. Imagine my surprise when I could get so much battery (3 times more power than the original) for so little money. I’ve had this battery installed for over a month now and am really pleased. It does bump up the back of the computer so that it sits at a bit of an angle, but it actually makes it easier to type on. The battery fits snugly and there were no issues with shipping.
